Remember Robert Vadra?: Allies in Bengal, Left rages at 'BJP agent' Rahul Gandhi in Kerala
CPI(M) on Wednesday accused Rahul Gandhi of talking like "a recruitment agent of the BJP", a day after the Congress leader lashed out at the Kerala govt.

Kerala's ruling CPI(M) on Wednesday accused former Congress president Rahul Gandhi of talking like "a recruitment nt of BJP", a day after Congress leader lashed out at state government over various issues including gold smuggling case. In a statement, CPI(M) state secretariat claimed Gandhi did t even make a weak criticism of BJP in his speech at Congress rally on Tuesday. "He spoke like a recruitment nt of BJP. It was shocking," party said.
'Rahul Gandhi may also remember Robert Vadra'
CPI(M) alleged Gandhi's attack against Left was similar to that of words being used by BJP to flay party. CPI(M) also claimed Congress did t criticise BJP during its just concluded 'Aishwarya Yatra', led by leader of opposition in state assembly Ramesh Chennithala, and alleged it was due to directions from central leadership of Congress party.

"References on smuggling case and job issues may be made with regard to Congress, which was in power earlier at Centre. While making speech, Rahul Gandhi may also remember Robert Vadra, who is constantly appearing before investigative ncies over assets illegally acquired through administrative influence," alleged CPI(M) secretariat, according to ANI.

Furr, CPI(M) state secretariat said, "Rahul Gandhi has criticized central ncies for t being quick to hunt down Left. In this context, it would be good to remember that Rahul Gandhi is person who is being held on bail in a financial fraud case."

Describing Gandhi as a "failed leader", CPI(M) state secretary incharge A Vijayaraghavan said Congress leader could t save party-led government in Puducherry, PTI reported. "He failed to check his party MLAs when y flocked into BJP camp," Vijayaraghavan said in Palakkad.
Congress on Tuesday sounded poll bugle in Kerala with party organising a mammoth rally in which leader Rahul Gandhi launched a scathing attack on Kerala's ruling LDF and BJP government at Centre over various issues including contentious farm laws and rise in fuel prices.

Kerala Assembly Elections are scheduled to take place this year. However, dates of election have t been anunced yet.
