In yet ar attack on BJP, Shiv Sena's mouthpiece Saamna on Saturday again alleged BJP of horse-tring. It said that even after stating to goverr that y cant form govt, BJP is claiming that CM will be from ir party. Saamna said that reason why former CM Devendra Fnavis has again resorted to 'it's our govt' is because party is trying to horse tre even as President's rule has been imposed. Hinting on BJP, Sena mouthpiece said that those having a mentality that y can rule nation and Maharashtra with an iron fist should change it.

Sena to get CM post; BJP also confident of forming government
former CM Devendra Fnavis has told BJP MLAs and cres in a meeting on Friday that y will soon form government in state. Similarly, NCP Chief Shar Pawar stated that a Sena-NCP-Congress government will be formed which will run for 5 years while dressing reporters in Nagpur. Amid uncertainty over government formation, sources on Friday informed that Sena-NCP-Congress alliance has decided on a formula, and has accepted Sena's demand for CM post. Sources furr reported that cabinet will be split with Sena getting 16 portfolios, NCP -14 and Congress will get 12 berths. Sena and BJP's Maharashtra battle reached a national level as Sena's 18 Lok Sabha MPs too decided on Thursday to boycott all MPs meeting on vember 17 prior to Winter session of Parliament. President's rule in Maharashtra
state of Maharashtra is under President's rule since Tuesday after goverr Bhagat Singh Koshyari recommended rule saying that party can form a stable government. stalemate in state is a result of fallout of Mahayuti alliance partners- BJP and Shiv Sena over post of Chief Minister in state. In assembly polls, Mahayuti alliance partners won a total of 161 seats - BJP won 105 seats and Shiv Sena won 56 seats. Mahaghi me a comeback bagging 98 seats - (NCP 54 seats and Congress 44 seats.)
