Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray To Visit Ayodhya To Raise Ram Mandir Issue, Day 2: LIVE UPDATES

Driven to create a ‘saffron’ environment in the city, Shiv Sena Party Chiefs arrive in Ayodhya on Saturday for a two-day visit on November 24-25 to pursue their ‘Chalo Ayodhya’ movement.

Update at 9:21 am: Uddhav Thackeray is at Ram Janmabhoomi where he is expected to perform aarti and soon will be holding a press meet.

Update at 8:35 am: Security is stepped up around place as Uddhav Thackeray is on his way to Ram Janmabhoomi, 7000 police personnel have been deployed

Driven to create a ‘saffron’ environment in city, Shiv Sena Party Chiefs, heed by Uddhav Thackeray arrive in Ayodhya on Saturday for a two-day visit on vember 24-25 to pursue ir ‘Chalo Ayodhya’ movement.  

Considering significance of political ramifications of this visit, Shiv Sena Chief is accompanied by his party members in massive numbers.

9:00 am: Visit Ram Janmabhumi
12:00 pm- Press Conference 
1:00 pm - Public rally

Ahe of Thackeray’s visit to temple, five layers of security have been deployed, and devotees could be seen queued up.

Thackeray arrived in Ayodhya with his family on vember 24 afteron, also accompanied with more than 2200 Shiv Sainiks. Shiv Sena leer also me a statement saying that Modi Government should bring an Ordinance and anunce a date for Ram Mandir.

Parallel to Shiv Sena, VHP, too, is pushing nda of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya where y are expected to gar 2 lakh people. y are scheduled to hold a ‘Dharma Sabha’ in Ayodhya. 

Since Supreme Court bench heed by CJI Ranjan Gogoi journed hearing of Ram Janmabhoomi- Babri Masjid title suit back in October to first week of January, clamor for a potential Legislative solution has only grown.
