Shivraj slams Rahul's farm laws criticism, says 'he doesn't know a thing about farming'

Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan took a swipe at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for holding a protest rally in Punjab against Centre's farm bills.

On Friday, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took a swipe at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for holding a protest rally in Punjab against farm Bills. Congress on Sunday launched a three-day 'Kheti Bachao Yatra' with Rahul Gandhi addressing crowd on multiple occasions. 

Speaking to ANI, Chouhan took an apparent jibe at Rahul Gandhi for sitting on a customised 'Cushioned sofa' on a tractor, claiming that latter doesn't kw a thing about farming.

“Rahul Gandhi is roaming around in tractor, sitting on a sofa. He doesn’t kw a thing about farming. Rahul is t even aware wher onions are grown inside soil or outside”, said Chouhan.

Earlier, Union Minister for Mirity Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi slammed Rahul Gandhi's criticism over Farm Laws, alleging that Congress leader would t even kw when crops are sown or harvested. Claiming that his 'upper-storey' was empty, Naqvi slammed Rahul Gandhi for being a 'hypocrite' when decisions boiled down to his political interests.

"Someone should tell Pappu, that this is t mummy ji or Manmohan ji government that when Parliament passes a Bill, you tear it in front of people and call it n-sense or nuisance," said Naqvi to news ncy ANI.

Rahul launches bizarre attack over Farm Laws

Addressing a garing on concluding day of his "Kheti Bachao Yatra" which started from Punjab's Moga district on Sunday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi claiming that he is 'lying' about farm laws. Terming it 'India's fight', Rahul Gandhi claimed that if provisions under new farm laws are implemented, "farmers will become slaves of corporates." "Wher you want to believe it or t, do remember that Rahul and Amarinder Singh once told you that your land will be snatched. This is time to take action. If you wait for six months or one year, n it will be of use," he said.

"Narendra Modi says farmers can sell ir produce anywhere w. When re won't be roads n where will farmers go? Roads were built using mandi tax, and y've ended mandi tax, meaning you have ended roads," Rahul said in a bizarre statement.
