The poster reads:
" A humble request to Rahulji to reconsider his resignation. Otherwise, on 11 July, 12 Congress Workers' group will do self-immolation."

On July 3, Rahul Gandhi had officially resigned from his post as the Congress president. Taking to Twitter on Wednesday, Rahul Gandhi put forward his resignation as the Congress chief 41 days after 2019 Lok Sabha loss, accepting responsibility for his party's dismal performance.

Facing the consequences for his 'Modi Chor ' remark, Rahul Gandhi is set to appear before the Patna civil court on Saturday after he was summoned by the court. He faces a defamation suit filed by Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi on April 13, alleging that Gandhi's remark -' Saare Modi Chor hai', has insulted the Modi Community.
Prior to his court appearance, Gandhi has said that he is set to appear in yet another case filed by his political opponents in the RSS/ BJP to harass and intimidate him, adding the slogan ' Let the truth prevail' (Satyameva Jayate).

'Saare Modi Chor Hai' remark
During the Lok Sabha election campaign, while adressing a rally in Karnataka, the recently resigned Congress president while taking a jibe at Prime Minister Modi, had reportedly said:

"I have a question. Why do all thieves have Modi in their names — whether it is Nirav Modi, Lalit Modi or Narendra Modi? We don’t know how many more such Modis will come out.”
Defamation suit
Following this remark, Sushil Modi had expressed his displeasure against Gandhi's remarks maligning the Modi community.
