Telangana: Class 8 student allegedly raped by TRS leader Sajid Khan; accused absconding

In a shocking incident from Nirmal district of Telangana, an 8th gre student was allegedly raped by Nirmal Municipal Vice-Chairman and TRS leer Sajid Khan.

According to Police, on evening of 26th February, child welfare committee received information about incident and informed police. Police officials immediately recorded statements of victim. Police also registered a case under POCSO Act against main accused Sajid Khan and two ors including a woman, who allegedly helped him.

Sajid Khan is still absconding while or two have been taken into police custody. Furr investigation has been taken up and hunt for main accused is going on.

Female BJP vocate attacked by TRS leer

In anor shocking incident, a female vocate representing Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) in Telangana’s Neredmet was allegedly attacked and brutally beaten by an vocate representing ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) on Wednesday. 

As per reports, incident occurred in  Malkajgiri local court premises following a heated argument post hearing of a matter, with vocate Srinivas Yav, representing TRS, physically attacked BJP vocate Prasanna.

As per preliminary investigation, it is being suggested that duo h a checkered past and shared enmity, which h led to assault on Wednesday.
