In the run-up to the fifth International Yoga Day on June 21, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has shared a video of his animated version doing the tadasana. He took to Twitter on June 5 and urged people to make yoga an integral part of their lives.

In 3D animation video, Prime Minister's animated version can be seen doing Tasana or palm-tree pose. He n explains benefits of asana citing a list of problems like heart disease, vertigo, etc. video ends with sentence, " Yoga for global peace harmony and wellness."

In his Twitter post, PM Modi wrote: "Doing Tasana properly would enable you to practice many or Asanas with ease."
June 21 was designated World Yoga Day on PM Modi's suggestion in his speech at UN General Assembly in 2014, months after he was first elected to office.Since n, government marks day in a big way with thousands participating in mass Yoga events across country.

Yoga videos depicting PM Modi's animated version guiding viewers on various asanas debuted online last year.
On June 5, Prime Minister wrote, "On June 21, we will mark Yoga Day 2019. I urge you all to make yoga an integral part of your life and also inspire ors to do same. benefits of Yoga are tremendous."
