Postman who built mini Taj Mahal for his wife dies, to be buried inside the monument

Faizul Hasan Qadri, who was better known as the person who built the mini Taj Mahal in the memory of his late wife, died in a road accident in Bulandshahr late Thursday night. Qadri, at the time of his death, was 83-years-old.

Faizul Hasan Qri, who was better kwn as person who built mini Taj Mahal in memory of his late wife, died in a ro accident in Bulandshahr late Thursday night. Qri, at time of his death, was 83-years-old. retired postmaster from Kaser Kalan in western Uttar Presh’s Bulandshahr district succumbed to injuries. According to his family, Qri bread his last at a private hospital in Aligarh. 

Qri, an ordinary man with a simple living built mini Taj Mahal in 2012 in memory of Tajamulli Bibi. Moreover, he h donated his land for a government girl’s school, which is w fully constructed and is jacent to structure.

Tajamulli, Qri’s wife, h died of throat cancer in December 2011. couple, married in 1953, did t have any children. Qri’s love for his late wife h me his start construction of a replica of Taj Mahal which is built covering grave of his deceased wife. Qri h even kept a certain along grave of his wife as he also wished to be buried alongside his wife, after his death. But due to financial constraints, Qri could t complete project and it remained half-constructed.

Later, in August 2015, Qri was called by former UP government to Luckw and was offered help for completing structure. But Qri turned down proposal.

He inste requested for construction of a government-run girls’ inter college for which he later donated his four bighas of land. school is w completed. He h saved nearly Rs 2 lakh and was about to go with me to Jaipur for purchasing marble stone which he wanted to be studded to his mini Taj Mahal to make it look like original one in Agra.

Despite lack of finances, Qri was determined to complete structure and started saving money. As Qri’s death left dream project incomplete, his nephew is w determined to fulfil his uncle’s wishes.
