Prakash Javadekar: PM Modi's Diwali celebration with Jawans inspiring
Union Minister Prakash Javadekar has hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for celebrating Diwali with the armed forces in Rajouri district of Kashmir on Sunday.

Union Minister Prakash Javadekar has hailed Prime Minister Modi for celebrating Diwali with the armed forces in Rajouri district of Kashmir on Sunday. The Union Minister of Minister of Information and Broadcasting said that PM Modi reaching out to soldiers in the forward areas along the Line of Control (LoC) is a "very innovative and inspiring activity by the PM."
'PM's every action is a thoughtful action'
Javadekar said, "Prime Minister reaching out to soldiers on the border in various front areas of our long borders is a very innovative and more importantly very inspiring activity by Prime Minister of the country." He added, "This not only boosts the morale of the security forces but also gives a lesson or a moral teaching or ethical teaching of working with everybody and inviting everybody who makes our life easy, be it a menial worker or anybody. Prime Minister's every action is a thoughtful action and an inspiring one. I am very sure it is changing India rapidly."
PM's Diwali with Jawans
Prime Minister Narendra Modi spent two hours with Jawans of the security forces on the auspicious day of Diwali in the forward areas of Rajouri along the LoC. PM Modi shared his first picture of this Rajouri visit on his Instagram account where he can be seen wearing an army uniform. "At Rajouri district, Jammu and Kashmir where I celebrated Diwali with our brave Army personnel." he wrote in the caption.
PM Modi celebrated Diwali near India-China border in 2018
In 2018, he had celebrated the festival with the Jawans of Indian Army and Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) at Harsil village near the India-China border. PM Modi while visiting the Jawans and ITBP had bestowed heaps of praise on the Jawans saying their fearlessness reaches the entire Nation, just as the light of Diwali spreads to dispel negativity.
