Rahul Gandhi enters Hindi row: 'Many languages, not India’s weakness'
Rahul Gandhi jumped into the Hindi debate, stating that India with so many languages is not her 'weakness' after other Opposition leaders raised objection.

Congress leer Rahul Gandhi on Monday jumped into Hindi debate, stating that many langus are t a weakness for country. Taking to Twitter, former Congress chief posted names of 23 langus ding that India having so many langus is t her weakness. langus names by Rahul Gandhi are Oriya, Marathi, Kanna, Hindi, Tamil, English, Gujarati, Bengali, Urdu, Punjabi, Konkani, Malayalam, Telugu, Assamese, Bodo, Dogri, Maithili, Nepali, Sanskrit, Kashmiri, Sindhi, Santhali and Manipuri.

Congress on Hindi row
Rahul Gandhi's tweet reiterated Congress leer Anand Sharma's statement amid Hindi row. Anand Sharma h warned against any change in three-langu formula in wake of pitch me by Home Minister Amit Shah for One country, one langu. Citing Indian constitution, Congress leer h stated that diversity of India h always been ackwledged and Constitution recognises 22 langus. ding that all langus are equally important, Anand Sharma h asserted that all langus should be equally respected in country.

Opposition questions one langu
t just Rahul Gandhi, or Opposition leers have raised questions against Amit Shah's push for Hindi to be used as a common langu across country. From DMK president MK Stalin to MNM chief Kamal Haasan, have joined in raising objections against Home Minister's statement. MK Stalin hitting out at Home Minister asserted that he is rey for any sacrifice to oppose 'Hindi imposition' in country. He also called for students, youngsters, and Tamil people to participate in protest against Hindi imposition, calling it an issue of culture and langu. Kamal Haasan released a video maintaining that re would t be any compromise on langu and culture of Tamilians.
