As COVID-19 pandemic has given a massive blow to  micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), Congress party has asked people to come up with ideas and suggestions for an ecomic stimulus pack in order to cope up with crisis.

Taking to Twitter, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi posted a video urging people to send in ir suggestions for an MSME relief pack due to COVID-19 crisis.

Congress has said it would submit a detailed revival plan for MSME sector and a consultative group heed by former prime minister Manmohan Singh is working in suggesting such a plan to government. party has demanded immediate relief to sector, saying it is one of largest employers in country and needs to be helped in this hour of crisis.

Central Government in an attempt to provide some relief to MSMEs has anunced Income Tax refund of Rs 5,204 crores. Income Tax Department has furr assured of releasing ar refund of Rs 7,760 crore at earliest. After disclosure, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter and reiterated government's stand and stated that Centre is committed to helping small and medium business in times of crisis created by pandemic.
