Rajasthan ACB arrests police officer in bribery case
The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Rajasthan has arrested the additional superintendent of police of Ganganagar district in a case of graft for allegedly demanding Rs two lakh bribe, official sources said in Bikaner.

The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Rajasthan has arrested the additional superintendent of police of Ganganagar district in a case of graft for allegedly demanding Rs two lakh bribe, official sources said in Bikaner.
The arrest took place on Monday night, the sources in the ACB said, adding that a middleman has also been held from the Srikaranpur area.
"Accused Additional SP Amrit Jeengar had demanded a bribe of Rs two lakh to settle a case. After verification of the complaint, the accused official was caught from his official residence late last night," a source said.
A senior ACB official in Jaipur said Jeengar's house in Jodhpur has been seized and the matter is being probed.
