Rajnath: Nobody should object to Guv asking BJP to form govt in Maharashtra
Rajnath Singh on Saturday said that there was no reason for the Congress, SS or NCP to have doubts on the role of Governor in govt formation in Maharashtra

Union Defence Minister and senior BJP leer Rajnath Singh on Saturday said that re was reason for Congress, Shiv Sena or Shar Pawar to have doubts on role of Goverr Bhagat Singh Koshyari in government formation in Maharashtra. " Goverr can ask anyone to form government when he is fully satisfied that party has majority needed. It is up to Goverr's discretion, body should have an objection to that," Singh told news ncy ANI in Luckw.
'Let us see what happens in floor test'
Responding to allegations that BJP would fail in majority test in state Assembly, being raised by Congress and Shiv Sena, Rajnath Singh said, "Let us see what happens in floor test but I believe that y must have h required numbers, that is why y were invited. majority will have to be proven in floor test, but I have faith that Goverr must have felt that y (BJP) have a majority and only n did he allow us to stake a claim."

Rajnath Singh extended wishes to CM Fnavis & Dy CM Ajit Pawar
Earlier in day, Rajnath Singh congratulated BJP leer Devendra Fnavis and NCP leer Ajit Pawar after y were sworn-in as Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra respectively. Taking to micro-blogging site, Singh said he believes that newly formed BJP-NCP government will work toger for progress and prosperity of State.

Fnavis takes oath as CM
Pulling biggest surprise in Maharashtra politics, Devendra Fnavis took oath as Chief Minister of Maharashtra in presence of Goverr Bhagat Singh Koshyari at Raj Bhawan around 8 am. NCP leer Ajit Pawar was sworn in as Deputy CM. With Fnavis taking oath as next CM BJP with 105 seats, NCP with 54 seats, independent MLAs and allies will combine to form next government in Maharashtra. Final government strength is still awaited.
