Claiming that Union Budget 2021 had thing in store for farmers, BKU leader Rakesh Tikait said on Monday that several issues product cost, free electricity free were missing. Kicking off new decade with India's first paperless budget, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday tabled Union Budget in Parliament.
