'CAA t against any community'
Speaking about CAA, Ram Mhav said, " government of India has taken two important decisions, one is Citizenship Amendment Bill which was passed in both houses of Parliament which is w CAA. Few powers are trying to run a misinformation campaign across country. y are also instigating violence in many states. I would want to clearly say to people of country that this law which was me was t against anyone. It is completely false that this law is discriminatory to Muslims. I would like to again say that some opposition parties and a few communal forces are trying to create an environment of fear in country."

On NPR, Ram Mhav said that an issue is being created out of thing against this. "NPR is t related to Citizenship, it is an extension to Census. This exercise was started by UPA government in 2010. It was revised in 2015. w, we have just updated it. It is necessary to update data because people change ir residence, mobile number and government decides on providing direct benefits and help to people on basis of this data. If data will t be available n how will government help people? Poor people are ones who will be highly benefitted by this. It's on basis of poverty and t religion. y are snatching benefits of poor by opposing this."
