Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey’s move to hold a placard that read “Smash Brahminical Patriarchy’ did not go down well with the netizens. They turned against Dorsey on his very own platform, citing that his 'blunder' had caused offence to a section of Indian society.

Dorsey, who is on a visit to India and has met PM Modi, Rahul Gandhi, Shah Rukh Khan, and others, participated in a roundtable with women journalists, writers, and activists to converse about the Twitter experience in India. A picture from the meet was shared on social media, which found the CEO holding the 'Smash Brahminical Patriarchy' placard.
