"This representation is an honest and earnest effort to highlight and bring to your immediate tice and seek corrective directions from your esteemed office to ensure that majesty of Hon''ble Delhi High Court Judgement dt.23.03.2018 in WP(C) .7215/2011 and Hon''ble Supreme Court Judgements in Civil Appeal .4235/2011 dt.09.08.2018 and 20.09.2019 are t violated by DDCA by getting its President as its representative for BCCI AGM/Election having been minated by 17 member Apex Council, without convening an AGM/SGM thus without seeking mandatory approval of 4350 odd members of DDCA, reby wilfully violating directions, judgement of Hon''ble Delhi High Courts and Supreme Court judgement dt.09.08.2018 and 20.09.2018."

DDCA secreatry said: " Treasurer is a sitting MLA in Delhi Legislative Assembly. Furr Apex Council has ''male and female cricket player representations'' despite re being a mandatory direction of Supreme Court. above amaly and violation has been repeatedly highlighted by or fellow directors and members of DDCA to CoA of BCCI, but of avail. Unfortunately, remedial action were taken by office of CoA. Rar, COA has been illegally siding and approving actions of President, DDCA,"

Tihara alleged that "Despite bringing to tice of CoA that all emails from BCCI are being ''purposely & secretively'' forwarded to President alone and Secretary was being deliberately kept in dark, with ulterior motive and which is a flagrant violation of Supreme Court Judgement, but of avail. protection offered to such dereliction was t without any design. action or response to e-mail were given by CoA or any official of BCCI. All requests, for an appointment and hearing were igred, much to shock and surprise of all at DDCA. Clearly, entire team at BCCI echelon, is guilty of protecting an illegal act by DDCA."

DDCA president's office however, refuted all such charges saying se allegations are baseless trivial and frivolous.
