New Delhi: A major drug racket has been bused in New Delhi after cocaine worth Rs 2,000 crore was seized by the Delhi Police Special Cell. The law enforcement agencies have seized around 200 kgs of drugs.

Delhi Police Special Cell displayed live raid of drugs worth Rs 2,000 crores to the court. The recovery has been made in front of the court. The raid is underway in Delhi's Ramesh Nagar.

The team of Delhi Special Cell recovered more than 200 kg of cocaine from a warehouse in Ramesh Nagar K Block. The Special Cell has arrested two people so far including the owner of the warehouse and the person to whom the warehouse was given on rent.

Meanwhile in another Rs 5000 crore drug case, the Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested the seventh accused, Ekhlakh who is associated with this syndicate.

He is a resident of Hapur in Uttar Pradesh. The Special Cell is investigating all the angles related to this entire syndicate. Investigation is being done from the cargo route to the road. Ekhlakh's role in the drug syndicate is regarding transportation. The property of the accused Tushar Goyal, made from the drugs racket, is also being investigated so that action can be taken on that property, police said.
