CID Probe Ordered Over Missing Samosas Meant for Himachal CM Sukhu
After this incident, the BJP slammed the Sukhu govt saying the Congress is only concerned about the CM's samosa and not the state's development.

Shimla: A CID probe has been ordered by Himachal Presh government into incident wherein samosas and cakes meant to be served for Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu were rar served to his security staff.
As per media reports, incident dating to October 21 took place when Sukhu visited CID hequarters 'anti-government', an official claimed that it h been done under a set nda.

However, Sukhu declined report and told media, "...re is such thing..It (CID) got involved on issue of misbehaviour, but you ( media) are running news about 'samosa'..."
Meanwhile, on 'samosa' controversy, Sanjeev Ranjan Ojha, DG CID said, "...This is completely an internal matter of CID. It should t be politicised. CM does t eat samosas... We have t given tice to anyone. We have just said to find out what happened. government has thing to do with this... We will find out how this information was leaked."

Reports suggest that at least three boxes of samosas were brought from a five-star hotel as a refreshment that was to be served to Sukhu, who visited -probe ncy's hequarters to attend an event. However, as per enquiry report filed by a sen ior official stated that snack was served to his security staff.
Following this incident, Bharatiya Janata Party ( BJP ) in state took potshots at Sukhu government saying that Congress is only concerned about CM's samosa and t state's development.

BJP chief spokesperson Randhir Sharma in a statement issued on Thursday said, " government is t concerned about development of state and its only concern seems to be Chief Minister's Samosa. This incident has become a topic of discussion in political circles of Himachal Presh . In fact, government machinery is embarrassed due to such coordination problems in a programme related to a VVIP like Chief Minister."
