Sanitary Worker Makes Obscene Video of Doctor In Mumbai, Arrested

Mumbai: A sanitary worker employed at a hospital in Mumbai's Kandivali was arrested for making an obscene video of the doctor, police said.
The accused has been identified as Jayesh Solanki.

According to the police, the accused had recorded the video of the doctor and made it viral on social media platforms. The accused had recorded the video of the doctor when she was taking a bath in the restroom of the hospital.
On Tuesday morning, around 9 AM, the doctor, who had recently finished her MS studies, was taking a bath in the restroom on the third floor when Solanki, who had worked at the hospital for the past 10 years, climbed onto the window and secretly filmed her. When the doctor noticed and saw Solanki filming her, she screamed, causing him to flee. However, he was later caught and assaulted by other hospital staff.

“After the video of the woman went viral, she registered a complaint to Kandivali police station,” police said.
“We have taken action in the case and arrested the accused and started further investigation,” they added.

Meanwhile, hospital authorities said that action against the accused employee is underway. “The process of suspending him will start soon,” they said.
