Sanjay Nirupam says Congress won't win more than 3-4 seats in Mumbai

Attacking Congress at a press conference on Friday, Sanjay Nirupam stated, " way in which candidate finalization has been done in Mumbai, leaving 3-4 seats apart, Congress will t get any seats." Nirupam, who did t get a ticket in Maharashtra Assembly polls, ded that Congress party, "Without any research or survey and without any ground feedback or grassroots level feedback, decided names of candidates based on personal likes and dislikes." dressing media, he assured that he will t campaign for Congress in Maharashtra polls and said, "w I will see you only on October 24, day of results."

Recalling his recommendation

Recalling his meeting with  Congress general secretary of Maharashtra, Mallikarjun Kharge in Delhi, Sanjay Nirupam stated that he h taken four candidates recommendations with him from Versova, Goregaon, Andheri East, and Dindoshi. "I told him that se are candidates. I have a personal preference for one but ors are equally good too. Please consider m."

Nirupam slams Congress on Twitter

Sanjay Nirupam, after finding out that his name was t included in candidate list, lashed out at Congress on Twitter on Thursday. According to him, he h recommended one name for Assembly elections in Mumbai. However, even that was rejected by party. On Friday, he stated that ticket distribution in Mumbai has been "biased" and "unfair."
