Pilibhit: A school going girl in Pilibhit district was shockingly forced by three youths on a motorbike to allegedly consume poison, while she was on her way to her school in Jehanab area on Friday. incident took place with a class 5 student on Friday morning at around 9 am, following which she was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. According to reports, Uttar Presh police have filed a case and initiated a probe against accused.
According a senior police official, Ramgopal, a resident of Suswar vill, reported that his niece Anshika, daughter of Ramautar from Devipura vill in Gajraula area, was attacked at around 9 am near JMB College in Pilibhit. As per complainant, three youths allegedly stopped victim on ro, while she was on her way to school and forced her to consume a poisous substance before fleeing.

City Circle Officer Deepak Chaturvedi confirmed incident saying that initial probe appears that incident was linked to a land dispute. On incident, Superintendent of Police (SP) Avinash Pandey said, "We are garing evidence based on CCTV foot and surveillance data. Four police teams have been formed and action will be taken against accused if incident is verified." girl was mitted to a private hospital in critical condition, but doctors have since reported her condition as stable, according to police.
