Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina and Mamata Banerjee will hold a brief one on one meeting on the sidelines of the India-Bangladesh cricket test match on Friday.

Banglesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will hold a brief one on one meeting on sidelines of India-Banglesh cricket test match on Friday. Banerjee told reporters in city on Thursday that re will be a courtesy meeting between Hasina and her at 6 PM at hotel where Banglesh premier will be staying.

"Tomorrow Banglesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will be coming to city to watch day and night India-Banglesh cricket test match. Apart from being present at grounds during inauguration and felicitation programme, we (Hasina and herself) will also have a one on one courtesy meeting at 6 PM tomorrow," Banerjee said.

According to sources in Banglesh Prime Minister's office, both leers will be present during match and felicitation ceremony. Hasina and Banerjee share a very cordial relation and have mutual respect for each or, sources said. It was postponed due to objections raised by Banerjee, who h also dropped out of Prime Ministerial delegation. Earlier this month Banglesh Foreign minister, A K Abdul Momem during his visit to city h expressed hope that issue will be resolved when Hasina meets Banerjee during cricket match here. India is taking on Banglesh in its maiden day and night test match, which will be played at iconic Eden Gardens stium from Friday.
