Shocking Mumbai Video Shows Audi Owner Smash Ola Driver To Ground Over Minor Car Sideswipe

Ghatkopar(Mumbai): Police have filed an FIR against a couple, for allegedly assaulting a 24-year-old Ola driver in Mumbai's Ghatkopar.

The incident, which occurred on August 19, 2024, around midnight, has gained widespread attention after a disturbing video of the attack went viral.

The video depicts a man lifting the driver, Kaimuddin Moinuddin Qureshi, and violently throwing him to the ground, shocking the nearby people and the security guards at the complex where the incident took place.

The FIR registered by the police includes charges under sections 115 (voluntarily causing hurt), 117 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt), 351 (criminal intimidation), and 352 (intentional insult with intent to provoke a breach of peace) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
