As issue of alleged conversion of a Sikh girl at gunpoint in Pakistan get bigger after Shiromani Akali Dal leader Manjinder Sirsa shared video of her family member, Cricketer Harbhajan Singh said se things must stop and strict action must be taken. Harbhajan Singh also said that each and every religion is beutiful in its own way and one should be forced to change ir religion. He added that se things are decided by God and one should t try to imitate Him. He also tagged Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan adn External Affairs Minister of India Dr S Jaishankar, appelaing to m to take strict action.
In video shared by Akali Dal leader, two men says: " woman who was abducted yesterday is my sister she was threatened that her brors and far would be shot if she did t accept Islam," said man in video who identified himself as Manmohan Singh. "I request Imran Khan and Army Chief of Pakistan (Qamar Javed) Bajwa to help us in bringing girl back so that it does t backfire on m on Kartarpur and Kashmir issues," he added.

Earlier in day answering a query about alleged kidnapping and forced conversion of a mir Sikh girl of Nankana Sahib, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said that India has from time to time raised issue of treatment of mirities in Pakistan. "We have talked of harassment, violence, forced abduction, forced conversion, persecution of mirities. I feel that mirities who are re, y have some obligations, which Pakistan should fulfill," he said.
