Taking cue from PM Narendra Modi, Tourism ministry makes 'wildlife' theme for Incredible India 

Taking a cue from Prime Minister Narendra Modi's jungle adventure to be aired on Discovery channel, the Tourism Ministry has decided to make wildlife its theme for the Incredible India campaign for the next two months.

Taking a cue from Prime Minister Narendra Modi's jungle venture to be aired on Discovery channel, Tourism Ministry has decided to make wildlife its me for Incredible India campaign for next two months.

show, Man vs Wild, will be premiered on August 12 and will be showcased in more than 180 countries across world on Discovery network channels. It has been shot in Jim Corbett National park.

"re is bigger icon for India than prime minister, be it wildlife or tourism or anything else. His episode will be shown on Discovery tomorrow and we have decided to make it (wildlife) our me for Incredible India for next two months," Tourism Minister Prahl Patel said.

"Tomorrow on Discovery Channel, our brand ambassor in world Narendra Modi will be brocasted on Zee's program related to wildlife and venture. website of Ministry of Tourism has changed its me to wildlife. Ministry of Tourism will run on this me." said Patel in his Twitter post.

Incredible India is international campaign launched by government in 2002 to promote tourism. According to a statement from channel earlier, special episode, featuring survivalist and venturer Bear Grylls and shot in Jim Corbett National Park, Uttarakhand, will be a "frank and freewheeling journey" which will throw light on wildlife conservation. In a teaser released earlier by channel, Grylls, popularly kwn as Bear Grylls, gives Modi an improvised version of a spear as a safeguard against potential attack by a tiger.

Modi n tells him: "My upbringing does t allow me to take a life. However, I will hold it ( spear) since you insist."
