New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered his inaugural address as Parliament's Budget session commenced, stating that the Union Budget, to be presented tomorrow, will outline the roadmap for the next five years.
The budget being presented tomorrow is the first since his reelection for a third term. While his address, PM Modi also took a jibe at the opposition stating that some parties are engaging in negative politics and using parliamentary time to conceal their failures.
