Prime Minister Narendra Modi willingly braved Saturday morning traffic in National Capital as he declined to put in place usual protocol for his convoy as it me its way to a school in Paharganj, reby standing true to what he h said a few days earlier about seeking a change in culture of VIP (Very Important Person) to one of EPI (Every Person is Important).

This is hardly first time that Prime Minister has bent protocol regarding his own personal movement. Following demise of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, PM Modi walked openly with funeral procession for six kilometres to funeral venue, and on or occasions as well, has taken measures to ensure least traffic disruption, especially when he makes his way to airport.
Earlier on Saturday, Prime Minister has launched 'Swachhata Hi Seva' campaign which will continue till Mahatma Gandhi's 150th birth anniversary on October 2 and focuses on Far of Nation's dream of a clean India, which Prime Minister has championed since very first months of his term with 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan'. After video-conferencing of almost two hours, Prime Minister took up a broom himself at Paharganj School, with union ministers also following suit in different parts of country.
