To mark auspicious occasion of 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev, a team of 15 people worked for 12 hours to prepare a 550 feet-long cake in Patiala's Rajpur.
"An idea popped in my mind that we all should make a 550 feet-long cake and dedicate it to Guru Nanak Dev Ji on occasion of Prakash Parv. purpose of making this cake was to celebrate 550 years of Guru Nanak Dev Ji's birth anniversary," brain behind feat said.

order was completed in 12 hours
One of people who helped in making gigantic cake said that y h received order around 2:00-2:30 pm on Monday. He also said that after y received order, y stopped taking any or orders and entire team committed mselves to make this one order a success.

Sharing his excitement about unique order, he ded, "We have never me such a big cake before. 15 people were engd in making this huge cake and took 12 hours to complete it. It feels so great that people are coming from far-flung areas to see this cake me by us.”

Guru Nanak was first of ten Sikh gurus and is considered to be founder of Sikhism. His teachings have found a place in religious texts and are respectfully followed worldwide.
