BREAKING: 5 Killed as Truck Collides With Car on Kadapa-Rayachoti National Highway in Andhra Pradesh

Kadapa: At least five people were killed after a container truck collided with a car on the Kadapa-Rayachoti National Highway in Andhra Pradesh's Kadapa on Tuesday morning.

According to sources, the mishap was reported on the Guvvalacheruvu Ghat road. The cause of the incident is not known yet. Ramapuram Circle Inspector Venkata Konda Reddy said the car involved in the accident was plying from from Kadapa to Guvvalacheruvu.

Meanwhile, no case has been registered so far in connection with the crash.

The identity of the deceased is yet to be established. Rescue operations are underway. Police have launched an investigation into the matter. More details awaited.
