Washington: In a post-debate interview with Fox News, former President Donald Trump hailed the event as ‘the best debate ever’, praised his performance, and but also accused ABC news platform of being biased on Tuesday.

"I had a great time. I think it was our best debate ever," Trump said, before criticising ABC and its moderators, David Muir and Linsey Davis, and accused them of bias. "It felt like three against one," Trump said further.

Speaking with Fox's Sean Hannity on Tuesday night, Trump expressed satisfaction with his showing and hinted that he might consider participating in another debate, if it were hosted by what he called a ‘fair network.’

During the interview, Trump took a jab  at Vice President Kamala Harris, and accused her of ‘destroying our country.’ He explained that his decision to save his critique of Harris' role for his closing remarks was deliberate. "She’s been in the White House for three and a half years, complaining about all the things that are wrong," Trump said. “I wanted to save that for my final summation.”

When asked if he was open to participating in a second debate, as the Harris campaign indicated might happen, Trump responded, “Maybe, if it was on a fair network.”

Harris, a Prizefighter

Trump also likened Harris to a prizefighter who, after losing, is eager for a rematch. "When you lose a fight, you want a new one right away. The guy who won is happy and thinking about it," stated Trump
