What is TSLPRB?
Every year, 'The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board' recruits the candidates for the Telangana State Police Department. The TSLPRB is responsible for releasing recruitment notifications and conducting the written examination, physical test, medical test, and interviews. Telangana State Police Department is the law enforcement agency in Telangana. When the Telangana state was newly formed, the police force was created for the security and protection within the state.

Telangana Police Exam Pattern for Sub-Inspector/Constable:

There are 4 stages of exams for the recruitment of Sub-Inspector:
1. Primary Written Test
2. Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

3. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
4. Final Written Test

Minimum Qualifying Marks (Inspector):
1. SC/ST/Ex-servicemen: 30%
2. BC: 40 %

Educational qualification:
The candidates applying for the post should have the following qualification:
1. Passed the Intermediate Examination
2. 12th Pass from a recognised Board
3. SC/ST must have cleared their 10th class at least.

Age limit:
The candidates applying for the post should be within the age-group of 18-20 years. The Government of India allows relaxation for age limit in some cases.

2. Medical Test
3. Written Examination
4. Documents Verification

The Primary Written Test includes objective-based questions of 200 marks. The marks are divided into two categories - Arithmetic and Test of Reasoning for 100 marks, and General Studies for 100 marks each.
