Preliminary investigation revealed that Naresh took extreme step apparently "upset" over ongoing strike. Nearly 48,000 employees of corporation have been on an indefinite strike from October 5 across Telangana, demanding merger of RTC with government transport department, pay revision, among ors.
Taking a tough stand on strike, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao h said under circumstances would RTC be merged with government. Terming stir as "illegal," he h said it caused immense inconvenience to public.
