Twitter, through a tweet, tified that organization hosted a closed-door discussion with a group of women journalists and change makers from India to comprehend ir experiences of using Twitter. Out of panel, one of Dalit activists, sharing her personal experience, gifted a poster to Dorsey.

Jack Dorsey earlier on Monday found himself embroiled in controversy, by allegedly offending a social class of India that holds up to 5% of population in country, as per most recent official estimate. 

Dorsey, who is on a visit to India and has met PM Modi, Rahul Gandhi, Shah Rukh Khan, and ors, participated in a roundtable with women journalists, writers, and activists to converse about Twitter experience in India. A picture from meet was shared on social media, which found CEO holding 'Smash Brahminical Patriarchy' placard.
