Two unidentified men allegedly held security guard of an ATM kiosk in West Delhi's Subhash Nagar host and fled with cash running into lakhs after breaking machine using a gas cutter, police said on Sunday. incident took place on intervening night of vember 7 and 8, y said.

According to police, two men barged into kiosk and held guard host at gunpoint as y looted money from automated teller machine (ATM). two used a gas cutter to break open ATM machine and also allegedly sprayed black paint on CCTV camera installed inside kiosk, a senior police official said.

accused came in a car and fled with looted cash in same vehicle, he said. A case was registered on basis of security guard's statement and an investigation was initiated, he added. It is suspected that around Rs 30 lakh was looted. However, police said bank officials are yet to ascertain exact amount. Police said y are scanning foot of CCTV cameras installed in nearby areas to identify men and ascertain sequence of events. y said y are also probing if more persons were involved in incident.
