UP: Ahead of Ayodhya verdict 8 jails to be set up in Ambedkar Nagar
Prior to the expected SC’s verdict in the highly-sensitive Ramjanambhoomi-Babri Masjid verdict the UP government has sought to set up 8 temporary jails

Prior to expected Supreme Court’s verdict in highly-sensitive Ramjanambhoomi-Babri Masjid verdict, government of Uttar Presh has sought to set up eight temporary jails in different colleges in Ambedkar Nagar. Through a letter, District School Inspector of Ambedkar Nagar has directed hes of three colleges in Akbarpur, and one each in Tanda, Jalalpur, Jaitpur, Bhiti, and Allapur to provide amenities and buildings to police station hes. Security arrangements have also tightened and Section 144 has alrey been implemented in Ayodhya as precautionary measures.

'Elaborate deployment of forces'
In light of verdict in case, Ayodhya Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ashish Tiwari said on Wednesday that security arrangements have been me to maintain law and order in temple town. Elaborate deployment of forces and confidence-building measures has been ensured to maintain law and order in district. While speaking to news ncy ANI, SSP stated, "Elaborate deployment of forces, intelligence network and confidence-building measures are in place. We have launched a mobile application connecting 16,000 volunteers in 1,600 vills, 10 volunteers each. We are also actively combating rumours on social media." Security has been tightened in Ayodhya district as top court is expected to prounce its verdict in deces-long Ayodhya land case before vember 17, when Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi demits office.

members of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on Wednesday took a call to approach leers across political spectrum in its effort to promote harmony. RSS leer who is well versed with meeting stated that functionaries assigned for job would contact influential leers of Congress, SP, and Left parties and ors to appeal to m to maintain peace and harmony, regardless of judicial outcome and to watch out against any attempts at provocation. Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind chief Maulana Arsh Mani in an interview with Republic TV stated, "Whatever be verdict, peace should be maintained in country after that."

SC reserved its verdict
Supreme Court on October 16, reserved verdict in Ayodhya land dispute case. bench of apex court heed by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi, and comprising of SC judges Justices S.A. Bobde, D.Y. Chandrachud, Ashok Bhushan, S. Abdul Nazeer reserved verdict after a marathon day-to-day hearing in case.
