UP Budget 2024-25: Uttar Presh Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna on Monday presented state budget in Vidhan Sabha. While presenting budget he me big announcements for Noida and Ayodhya and said that Asia's largest airport Jewar will open soon.  Noida airport, coming up in Jewar area of Gautam Buddh Nagar district joining Delhi, will get direct metro, high-speed rapid rail and ro connectivity. Khanna also stated that re has been a huge increase in number of tourists coming to Ayodhya after construction of grand Ram Mandir. “Our social and cultural sector has got a lot of encouragement due to construction of grand temple of Lord Ram in Ayodhya. Ayodhya has become a big tourist centre of world. re has been a huge increase in number of tourists coming here from India and world which has greatly improved our economic condition”, said Khanna.   

UP Budget 2024-25: Big Announcements For Noida, Ayodhya

  • budget allocates a significant sum of Rs 1150 crores specifically for development of Jewar Airport. This substantial investment signifies state government's dedication to transforming Jewar into a robust aviation hub, capable of handling increased passenger traffic and contributing to economic growth in surrounding areas. 
  • Moreover, re is a noteworthy allocation of Rs 150 crore designated for Maharishi Valmiki Airport in Ayodhya, showcasing a commitment to development and modernization of regional airports across Uttar Presh.

In UP Budget 2024-25, special attention has been given to poor, women, youth and annata farmers. "Our policies are especially dedicated to upliftment of young women, farmers and poor. Under leership of CM Yogi ityanath, re has been unprecedented improvement in law and order, along with this, as a result of significant improvement and expansion in infrastructure and collectivity, investment proposals worth more than Rs 40 lakh crores have been received through Global Investor Summit held in year 2023, which will employ 1.10 crore people in state. Organised crime has been ericated and industrial sector is growing at a fast pace. state used to be in 14th place in ranking of ease of doing business but today it is in second position”, claimed Khanna.

"Under able leership of Chief Minister Yogi ityanath, this budget will become a strong pillar of making state a 1 trillion dollar economy. This budget is dedicated to overall development of state as well as to rebuilding infrastructure and bringing poor, underprivileged, youth, women and farmers into mainstream of development along with m leing a respectable life," he said.

UP Finance minister said that this budget is a document of restoration of ancient cultural glory in state as well as following all modern parameters of development. “In Union Budget, more emphasis has been laid on infrastructure development to achieve goal of building a developed nation along with taking care of weaker sections of society. Uttar Presh will get maximum benefit from it”, he ded.
