Bengaluru: Upset over husband’s alleged illicit relationship with another woman, a 25-year-old woman died by suicide by hanging herself from a ceiling fan at her house in Bengaluru’s Byadarahalli. Shockingly, the woman also recorded the entire incident on her mobile phone. On information, the police rushed to the spot and shifted the woman to the mortuary of a nearby hospital for post-mortem.
According to the police, the deceased has been identified as Manasa, who was married to Dilip, around six years ago. The police stated that her husband Dilip allegedly had an affair with another woman and had been living with her for the past one and a half years.

During the preliminary inquiry, the couple had frequent arguments and fights over the issue, following which she took the extreme step. In the video clip, which she recorded before hanging herself, she can be seen turning on the video while tying a green dupatta around her neck as she hangs from a ceiling fan.
As the police began an investigation, it was found that she was upset over her husband's illicit relationship with another woman. Manasa had married Dilip six years back and they had a five-year-old daughter together.

The Byadarahalli Police have registered a case and an investigation is underway.
