VG Siddhartha's death: Karnataka Congress leaders Siddaramaiah & DK Shivakumar offer condolences, call it mysterious

Reacting to the development, Karnataka Congress chief Siddaramaih took to Twitter and said that the death of VG Siddhartha is both disturbing and mysterious. He called for an impartial and fair investigation in the matter, saying that the invisible hands that ended his life in tragic way should be unearthened.
In another tweet, the Congress leader spoke about the last written by the Cafe Coffee Day boss to his staff. Siddaramaiah alleged that the letter, written by Siddhartha apologising to his staff, supposed to have written by hin few days before his death discusses about the tax terrorism, which the Congress leader added is an ugly face of politically motivated institutions.

Further, condoling the death of the CCD boss, Congress leader DK Shivakumar said that Siddhartha was a simple and lighthearted man and the state cant seen such a great entrepreneur wash away.

"Pray for his soul to rest in peace. Please leave the family members and well-wishers. We don't want more harassment from anyone. What he's spoken, he's spoken. He was simple and largehearted. Karnataka can't see such a great entrepreneur wash away," the Karnataka Congress leader said.
Meanwhile, the mortal remains of the CCD Founder have been shifted from mortuary to ambulance, and will be shifted to Chikkamgaluru.

How VG Siddhartha went missing
Son-in-law of former Karnataka Chief Minister SM Krishna and the founder of Cafe Coffee Day, VG Siddhartha, was last seen near the Netravati river in Mangalore on Monday evening. As per details received from his driver's statement to police, Siddhartha left his Bengaluru residence at 11 am on Monday and en route to his estate in Sakaleshpur, changed course to Mangalore. At 6:30 pm, near Mangalore, just 2 kms from where the Netravati river joins the sea, Siddhartha had the car stopped on a bridge, walked for a short while, asked his driver to park the car ahead and said he will join him after a short walk. The driver parked the car almost a kilometer away, and waited for Siddhartha for an hour. When he didn't return, he tried calling his mobile which was turned off. Panicking, the driver informed the family.
