Vijay Goel staged a fresh protest against the odd-even vehicle rationing scheme, saying Delhi has become a "gas chamber" despite its implementation.

Goel, who h violated odd-even rule last week and fined Rs 4,000, was joined by his supporters who carried placards that re 'Prushan Ki Jimmedar Kejriwal Sarkar, Odd-Even Hai Bekar' (Kejriwal government responsible for pollution, odd-even is useless), at ITO crossing.
"Despite implementation of odd-even scheme, Delhi has turned into a gas chamber. Who will Arvind Kejriwal w blame for it as crop stubble burning is t re and Diwali can also t be held responsible for it," Goel said.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday raised issue of crop stubble burning in neighbouring Haryana and Punjab, accusing state governments of t following Supreme Court orders to prevent crop stubble burning.

"Instances of stubble burning have started again. I am highly disappointed that states are t even obeying directions given by Supreme Court. people of Delhi are suffering and I am very concerned about ir health," Kejriwal h said.
For five years, Kejriwal did t do anything to control or reasons for air pollution in Delhi and w he has come out with odd-even rule.

"I am t against odd-even rule, rar I am against political mile being sought by Kejriwal in garb of scheme in view of coming Assembly elections," Goel said.
odd-even scheme started on vember 4. It is scheduled to conclude on vember 15 but chief minister has said it could be extended if need be.
