He also paid his respects at memorial of late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Saiv Atal Samhi, lotus-shaped monument dedicated to him.
PM Modi will take oath for second consecutive term at 7 pm at Rashtrapati Bhawan after his massive victory in national election. Under ministration of President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister, his council of ministers will also take oath.

A record number of 8,000 guests are likely to attend swearing-in ceremony.

In 2014, approximately 5,000 people attended ceremony. guest list includes hes of several neighbouring countries, chief ministers of most of states and a few famous personalities of entertainment world.
families of BJP worker who allegedly lost ir lives in political violence in West Bengal in last one year have also been invited. So far as Opposition is concerned, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi are among or attendees.
