Whenever an initiative to divide soil is taken, opinion of people is t considered. Across world, people are suffering just because of se partitions that we have created," said a committee member while speaking to ANI. He also said that committee is trying to portray is that even if re is some demarcation between countries re should be rivalries between people. He also said that committee's mess to people is "Just make peace and t war." India and Bangladesh share a 4,156 km long border which happens to be fifth-largest in world.

After partition of India in 1947, Cooch Behar district merged with India and Rangpur went to n-East Pakistan, which became Bangladesh in 1971.

pandal also has installations of ISRO chief K.Sivan.Ar Pandal designed by Kolkata's Chetla Agrani Club designed a 'Letterbox' pandal. Pandal has been decorated with 4000 old letterboxes and Typewriters, phones, radios, clocks.
