As world is celebrating Earth Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a mess on social media, reiterating  commitment to work towards well-being of 'Mor Earth'. 

Taking to Twitter, PM Modi posted a mess on occasion of Earth Day, saying "we bow in reverence to Mor Earth". He furr wrote that "for years, this great planet has been home to phemenal diversity", urging to reiterate focus on sustainable development and mitigating climate change.

World Earth Day is celebrated every year on April 22, to hour environmental movement that started in year 1970. On this day, modern environmental movement was born in 1970.  idea of Earth Day was propounded by a US senator from Wisconsin Gaylord Nelson.

Meanwhile, Google has also marked occasion of Earth Day with a doodle on its Search p, showing a series of animations that introduce you to different birds and animals that are unique and special.  Google Doodle has been created by Doodler Kevin Laughlin.
