't running parallel government'

Earlier, All India Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Sudip Bandyophyay raised issue at an all-party meeting and said, "We (TMC) spoke that roles of Goverrs to be discussed on floor of house. Goverr in West Bengal is running a parallel ministration who should t be allowed to function. Each and every day, hourable Goverr is exercising his power and moving States from district to district without intimating state government. I have raised issue in all-party meeting."

On Monday, tussle between Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Goverr reached Parliament when TMC Rajya Sabha MP Sukhendu Sekhar Roy raised issue of Goverr "exceeding his brief" and trying to run a parallel ministration in state. He said, " Goverr is exceeding his brief on a regular basis. He is trying to run a parallel ministration in Bengal. What Goverr is doing does t behove him as he is occupying a constitutional post. If he wants to do politics, he is free to do so. But n he should leave Raj Bhawan and openly do politics. I have raised matter in Parliament," Roy told a regional news channel.
