Andhra Presh: A woman attempted suicide outside residence of Andhra Presh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in Naravaripalle village near Tirupati. incident occurred when a woman named Yashoda, a resident of Tirupati, went to meet CM Chandrababu in Naravaripalli, but she was denied permission to meet Chief Minister.

Frustrated by refusal, Yashoda reportedly broke her glasses and tried to swallow shards in a suicide attempt. Police personnel present at scene restrained her and prevented her from harming herself. 

She was arrested and taken to Chandragiri police station for questioning. 

After being counseled, she was released later in day.
