'You are throwing us under the bus to save your skin': Twitter legal head slammed by person in the photo

Anna MM Vetticad, who was also standing with Jack Dorsey and others in the controversial picture, hit out at Twitter legal head Vijaya Gadde for apologising on the issue

photo of Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, wherein he was standing with a few activists and journalists while holding a placard which re 'Smash Brahminical Patriarchy', became viral for all wrong reasons.

One of most influential person of arguably biggest social media website, endorsing such a provocative mess, did t go down well with social media users of his own company. A number of Twitter users slammed Jack for being a part of photograph along with placard.

heat was on social media company amidst anger of people, and Twitter responded by stating that its CEO did t have an idea about what was panning out. Legal he Vijaya Gde, who was also a part of photo, also apologised for mistake on her organization's part.

But soon after 'sorry' mess, Anna MM Vettic, who was also standing with ors in picture, hit out at Vijaya, stating her claim that photograph was a 'private pic' was totally false.

It all began when Anna h posted im on Twitter with a mess, "During Twitter CEO @jack's visit here, he & Twitter's Legal he @vijaya took part in a round table with some of us women journalists, activists, writers & @TwitterIndia's @amritat to discuss Twitter experience in India. A very insightful, -words-minced conversation"

A number of people took offence to placard being carried by Jack in photo, and hit out at him. One such user was KBS Ramachandra.

Vijaya, receiving flak from a number of users, responded to Ramachandra's mess by stating that she was sorry for how things panned out. "I'm very sorry for this. It's t relective of our views. We took a private photo with a gift just given to us - we should have been more thoughtful. Twitter strives to be an impartial platform for all. We failed to do that here & we must do better to serve our customers in India," her mess re.
