Noida: The Gautam Buddha Nagar administration has banned the sale of 14 Ayurvedic medicines manufactured by Patanjali Ayurved Ltd and Divya Pharmacy.

The Supreme Court played a role in this unfolding situation. On July 9th, the Court directed Patanjali Ayurved Ltd, founded by yoga guru Ramdev, to clarify whether advertisements for the 14 products (whose licenses were initially suspended) had been withdrawn.
