  • 100 gm Condensed milk
  • 3 medium-sized Paan leaves
  • 3 tbsp Cold milk (for stuffing)
  • 3 tbsp Gulkand (rose petal preserve)

Procedure

Prepare the Base Mixture: In a pan, combine warm milk and jaggery, cooking over medium flame for 3-4 minutes until the jaggery melts. Add mawa and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Blend the Paan Mixture: Blend the paan leaves with condensed milk to create a smooth paste. Incorporate this paste into the mawa mixture along with cardamom powder. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then spread the mixture onto a plate and allow it to cool.

Prepare the Makhanas and Nuts: Roast the makhanas and nuts in ghee until they are golden brown. Let them cool before blending them into a fine powder. Mix this powder into the cooled mawa mixture thoroughly.

Shape the Ladoos: Grease your palms with ghee. Take a small portion of the mixture, stuff it with gulkand and finely chopped nuts, and shape it into ladoos. Roll each ladoo in dry coconut powder to coat.
