During a flight from Delhi to Toronto on Air India, Shreyti Garg, her husband, and two kids encountered a series of issues that significantly me ir travel experience not so good.

Shreyti, an Instagram user, went on social media to express disappointment as in-flight entertainment and lights for three seats weren't working, leaving her and her family feeling confused and without clear information, both emotionally and physically.
