On this day, Ravana's effigy is burned, symbolizing the destruction of evil forces. This ritual is known as Ravana Dahan.

These effigies represent the ultimate defeat of evil and a reminder to overcome our inner demons.
Post the burning of the effigies, Lord Ram is worshipped.
